Roy J. Park is an entrepreneur in addition to being an expert Workers’ Compensation attorney. Roy aligns his thinking and his firm’s processes to the long term goals of his clients, rather than focusing on immediate gains to his firm.

Roy’s business oriented approach to his practice is a result of his years of entrepreneurial work prior to becoming an attorney. Even as a child, Roy was a natural entrepreneur. Once he started receiving an allowance, he quickly learned he could triple his money by buying candy at the grocery store and reselling it at three times the price on the playground. Throughout his educational years he worked in a wide variety of small business jobs, doing everything from cleaning pools to repairing televisions.

Jason Guenthart

As a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law; Jason approaches his practice with expertise, along with his valuable educational background in biology and physiology, as well as his practical experience as a former claim’s adjuster. Jason attended the University of California at Davis for his undergraduate degree where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with emphases in Neurobiology and Physiology. Jason received his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with the high distinction of being a Traynor Honor Society member.

Patrick Van

Patrick Van attended the University of California, Riverside on the pre-med track and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience. He went on to attend Western State College of Law where he graduated with honors. While in law school, Patrick clerked at the West Justice Center, was Lead Articles Editor on Law Review, was a Dean’s Circle Member, and received several Witkin Awards. Patrick credits his academic successes to his extraordinary work ethic. Because of this combination of medical understanding and devotion to the work, Patrick is a most valued player on our team and an essential asset to his clients.

Samantha was born and raised a proud Oregonian who received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a minor in Spanish from the University of Oregon. At age 21, she made her way to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law. By 23, Samantha was admitted to the California State Bar and started her career in Criminal Defense as a Public Defender. She has worked with a multitude of clientele since then.

She then spent a year in the Washington D.C. area, working as an assistant for a law firm specializing in capital criminal cases, class action cases, and business litigation, which was her first introduction to law. She moved back to Southern California and went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from University of La Verne, College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
