Carlee Khoury grew up in South Dakota and attended Augustana College where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Carlee went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review. During law school Carlee worked at the Spokane City Prosecutor's Office where she managed criminal dockets, civil infraction dockets, and code violations. After law school Carlee moved to Northern California.

Jeremy P. Rutledge began his practice in Workers’ Compensation Defense in 2016, bringing with him a strong civil litigation background.  Mr. Rutledge prides himself in his client-centric practice style in the defense of employers, insurers, and third-party adjusting administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims resolution.  He also has vast experience representing self-insured employers as well as employers who have public employees entitled to California Labor Code 4850 benefits.

Mr. Don Woo earned his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Prior to this, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University of Sacramento. Since his admission to the State Bar of California in 2001, Don has continuously strived for excellence in the practice of law.

Richard received his Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Sacramento. During his time there, he developed a passion for the law and first pursued a career in law enforcement. Ultimately, this led Richard to attend law school at Laurence Drivon School of Law in Stockton, CA. He has practiced civil litigation and workers’ compensation law for over ten years.
