Richard Halladay
Richard received his Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Sacramento. During his time there, he developed a passion for the law and first pursued a career in law enforcement.
Ultimately, this led Richard to attend law school at Laurence Drivon School of Law in Stockton, CA. He has practiced civil litigation and workers’ compensation law for over ten years. In this time, he has been very successful in mitigating exposure for his clients through strong negotiation tactics and litigation skills. Some of these litigation skills have led Richard to help substantiate fraud claims for the District Attorney’s office.
Since joining Park|Guenthart, Richard has continued representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. He has helped to develop aggressive discovery plans and favorable outcomes for our clients. We are thrilled to have Richard join our firm along with his extensive experience and ability to develop rapport with a diverse population.
When he is off the clock, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and son, coaching his son’s sports, volunteering, and working out. Richard also sits on the Board of Directors for Arrive Alive California, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives by empowering individuals to make informed choices.
