Karli Burns
Karli Burns was born in Southern California and raised in Nevada. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Pre-Law from the University of Nevada Reno. Karli then moved to Southern California to attend Whittier Law School where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Child and Family Advocacy. She was a finalist in the Susan E. Mcguigan Oral Advocacy Competition and competed in Washington D.C. at the Bryant Moore Invitational Moot Court Competition. Karli graduated cum laude with several Witkin Awards and a certificate in Child and Family Law.
Since joining Park|Guenthart Karli has defended self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation claims. Karli has handled matters through all phases of litigation and appearing at WCABs throughout Southern California. She is also licensed to practice law in Nevada.
Karli thrives on inventive negotiation techniques which have helped her achieve favorable outcomes and settlement results. Karli works diligently to maintain strong relationships with clients, placing their goals and needs as her primary focus.
When Karli is not working, she enjoys going to the gym, running, and trying local coffee shops.
