Jenny Morales

Jenny was born and raised in the East Bay. Because there is no place like home, she attended San Francisco State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Labor and Employment studies. She worked as a legal assistant at a civil litigation firm while studying for the LSAT and applying to law school. She then attended University of San Francisco School of Law where she obtained a Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Jenny served as an editor on Law Review and Development Director on the Moot Court Board. She obtained the CALI Award in Civil Procedure and was a Civil Procedure tutor and Constitutional Law teaching assistant.

After law school, Jenny was a deputy public defender where she learned how to quickly and efficiently manage her caseload. She maintained excellent client relations through her clear and prompt communication and effectuated the favorable disposition of various cases through dismissal. Jenny brings these valuable skills to her worker's compensation practice.

At Park|Guenthart, Jenny represents the interests of self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators; with specialized experience defending large nationwide staffing agencies, retailers, manufactures, and PEO’s in the Bay Area. She enjoys the fast-paced environment of workers’ compensation and believes that aggressive file handling at the onset of a litigated claim paired with active communication and quick responsiveness is beneficial to the outcome of a case and invaluable to a client-attorney relationship. We are pleased to have Jenny at the P|G Firm, as she adds a compelling dynamic and a unique approach to swiftly move claims to resolution in a favorable manner.

Jenny is fluent in Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing. In her personal time, she enjoys reading (yes, for fun!), making charcuterie boards and other aesthetically pleasing food, and appreciating art in all of its forms.
