Orlando Duarte

Mr. Duarte graduated Cum Lade from both California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and from University of La Verne College of Law with a Juris Doctorate. During law school he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law, Remedies, and Immigration.

Orlando began his legal practice at a Southern California Immigration Clinic where he managed cases for immigrant clients filing for Asylum and United States Citizenship. He then transitioned into the medical industry, working for a home health pharmacy and served as the Chief Operating Officer for a medical services corporation.

Due to Mr. Duarte’s previous experience in the medical field and his familiarity of corporate transactional contracts and service agreement negotiations, he seamlessly immersed himself in Workers’ Compensation. Orlando has a keen and creative perspective to make decisions in the best interest of his clients. He strives to deliver successful case results, while aggressively advocating for his clients with a cost-effective approach. 

Since joining Park|Guenthart, Orlando has represented a wide variety of insurance companies and employers including, but not limited to: staffing agencies, retail stores, large PEOs, as well as Southern California City and County Municipalities. His ease of discovery and negotiation skills have led him to proactively resolve matters, often at deposition.

Orlando values relationships and takes pride in understanding and providing clients the communication, service, and results they are looking for.  He is bilingual in Spanish and can translate proficiently.       

During his free time, Orlando enjoys spending time with loved ones and watching sports. He is a Manchester United, Anaheim Ducks, and Denver Broncos fan.
