Nathaniel Rosilez
Nathaniel is a Southern California native and graduated Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then attended University of California, Irvine School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. During law school, Nathaniel focused on gaining legal experience working as a law clerk. He additionally spent time both prior to and throughout law school assisting as high school badminton coach.
Nathaniel began his legal practice working in the fields of education and labor and employment, advising local K-12 school district employers and private employers alike. Nathaniel has experience representing employers in all aspects of civil litigation and in matters before the California Civil Rights Department and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Nathaniel also has experience handling matters brought before the California Public Employment Relations Board as well as the National Labor Relations Board. Nathaniel has used this experience to manage client relations and work with opposing counsel to resolve matters expeditiously.
Since joining Park Guenthart, Nathaniel has represented large national employers, staffing agencies, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. Nathaniel has successfully conducted settlement negotiations and has appeared before WCABs throughout Southern California.
In his spare time, Nathaniel enjoys spending time with family, gaming, golfing, and cheering on the UCLA Bruins, Pittsburgh Steelers, Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Lakers, and Anaheim Ducks.
