Diane Tran
Diane Tran is a proud Orange County native. She graduated cum laude from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, emphasizing Finance. Diane went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
Since becoming a member of the California Bar, Diane has practiced exclusively in the area of Workers' Compensation for over a decade. She began her career representing injured workers before transitioning to the defense side in 2019. Her experience on both sides of litigation provides her with a unique and strategic perspective when evaluating and litigating claims.
At Park Guenthart, Diane represents a wide range of clients including national employers, staffing agencies, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. She has managed cases through every phase of litigation and regularly appears before WCABs throughout Southern California. Diane is known for her creative negotiation strategies and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. She is meticulous in her approach and places a strong emphasis on communication, always keeping her clients’ goals and priorities at the forefront.
Outside of the office, Diane enjoys gardening, binge-watching her favorite shows, and traveling with her husband and son.
