Daniel Seu

Daniel Seu is an Orange County native with an undergraduate business degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University. After college, he returned to his hometown and attended Western State College of Law, where he participated in law review as a student writer and editor. His writings were published by the law review and the American Bar Association and later won him the Scott McCune Memorial Scholarship. Daniel graduated with a Witkin Award and the law school’s highest recognition for public service.

After completing his law degree, Daniel pivoted into real estate and gained certification to underwrite mortgage loans. He also obtained a real estate credential from UCLA and a California real estate broker license. His experience reviewing loan packages for compliance with underwriting guidelines has enhanced his meticulous analysis of workers’ compensation cases and application of the law.

At Park|Guenthart, Daniel has represented the interests of large national employers, staffing agencies, professional employer organizations, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. Having studied business before law, he understands the value of minimizing liability through effective legal representation and prudent counsel. Accordingly, he is committed to pursuing the most favorable outcomes for clients.

In his personal time, Daniel enjoys taking photographs, solving chess puzzles, and casually rooting for the LA Dodgers. He feels fortunate to live in Southern California but is always looking for an excuse to visit New York City.
