Anthony Case
Anthony Case, originally from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, is a distinguished attorney dedicated to workers’ compensation defense. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas Christian University before relocating to California to pursue his Juris Doctor degree at Santa Clara University School of Law. During his time in law school, Anthony received the prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Award twice, recognizing his achievements in International Law and Human Rights Theory.
Anthony's legal career began with hands-on experience as a file clerk, which evolved into a role as a legal assistant before he obtained his licensure. This foundational experience equipped him with essential skills in case material compilation, discovery response management, legal research, and document review.
Following law school, Anthony honed his skills at a renowned insurance defense firm in San Francisco, where he demonstrated a meticulous approach to each case, emphasizing attention to detail to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients. Now at Park|Guenthart, Anthony applies this same dedication and vigor as a steadfast and formidable advocate for our clients in workers' compensation defense matters.
In his spare time, he likes hiking and exploring the trails around the Bay Area and the beaches of Santa Cruz. Anthony enjoys listening to folk blues, bluegrass and country music.
