Davina Regis
Davina Regis is a Hearing Representative at Park|Guenthart, where she specializes in negotiating and resolving liens, and handling walk-through assignments before Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California. She is committed to providing efficient, client-focused representation and works diligently to achieve timely and favorable resolutions.
Davina graduated cum laude from California State University, Sacramento, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Lincoln Law School while working full time, with the goal of becoming a practicing attorney. Her legal education has further strengthened her understanding of the law, advocacy skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
Dedicated to both her professional and academic pursuits, Davina is an active member of the Black Law Students Association, where she has organized fundraising initiatives and participated in outreach efforts designed to inspire and encourage future law students. She also serves as a student mentor, providing guidance and support to fellow students throughout their law school journey.
Davina is a proud member of the Deaf community and is passionate about promoting accessibility, inclusion, and effective communication within the legal profession. She is also proud of her West Indian heritage, with family roots in St. Lucia, and enjoys traveling there to stay connected with her family and Caribbean culture.
Outside of the office, Davina enjoys fitness, dancing, traveling, and seeking out new experiences. She is also an avid fan of Star Wars, Game of Thrones, and other film and television franchises known for their compelling storytelling.
