The PG Firm Operational Continuity: COVID-19

Dear Valued Partners, Clients, and Colleagues,

 While the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has had a global impact on businesses, we wanted to assure you that our firm continues to be dedicated to our partners, and are taking precautionary measures to keep our employees, colleagues, and clients safe. 

 The operational continuity of Park|Guenthart will strive to ensure seamless, effective transitions during this fluid, unprecedented time. Our capabilities and strategies to maintain superior service with minimal disruption, all while abiding by the directives from local and state health authorities are as follows:

·       Park|Guenthart is an already paperless law firm. Our attorneys and staff are readily prepared to answer your questions and seamlessly assist you on all new and existing litigated claim matters. 

·       All attorneys at The P|G Firm are diligently working from home and attending hearings via Court Call. In addition, all administrative staff and legal assistants have full capability to remotely support our attorneys. Our firm utilizes a cloud-based case management system that encrypts all data, and is accessible to attorneys and legal staff remotely. 

·       Our firm is fully competent in electronically filing documents with the WCAB as we have been employing this process for years. (All new WCAB appearance protocols and mandatory procedures are attached.)

·       We utilize a virtual phone system (VOIP) which enables our attorneys and staff to make calls from anywhere using their laptop or mobile device. It provides the mobility and flexibility to have our office telephone numbers forwarded to any line. 

·       As usual, and for your convenience, we accept all correspondence and new file referrals and documents electronically and via fax.

Given what we have implemented our firm will be able to continue operating at 100% efficiency regardless of any mandated closures which may affect our physical locations.
